The Aqqiumavvik Society in Arviat is working to identify how climate change is impacting their community and ways that they can deal with these changes. They have developed products that showcase how they are adapting to the impacts of climate change and food insecurity. These products include:
- Videos about how climate change has impacted people in Arviat and examples of projects spearheaded by the Society to address these impacts
- A how-to manual for other communities interested in pursuing similar initiatives, such as community greenhouses.
